The second tooth is remove to decrease the chance of pre-engagement by the sector gear. The front site of the piston has a light weight design, which makes a total weight only 14.95g . By reducing the weight, the piston's movement speed increases during the shot, thus increasing FPS and reducing the dynamic stress of the gearbox.
